Kingshot is always getting a bunch of new Heroes added, especially for the latest 4th and 5th Generations. Depending on how long your server lasts and how long you’ve been playing, you can unlock the new Heroes. As the game goes on, new Generations and Heroes will also be released and only become stronger. For now though, here’s an in-depth overview and guide over every Hero in the latest 2 Generations.
🏅 Generation 4 Heroes
To unlock the Generation 4 Heroes, your server has to be at least over 120 days old. After that, you’ll gain access to the four Heroes in this category. That doesn’t seem like a whole lot, but the power of these Heroes make up for that. That doesn’t much the rarity of some of these, though they’re far more obtainable compared to the Epic selection. To make obtaining Heroes a little easier, you can also use a kingshot top up!
⚜️ Rosa
Rosa is a Mythic Hero who specializes in the Archery role. She’s a bit of a fan-favorite at least in a lot of promotional material, so you’ve likely seen her around a lot. She can be obtained through both the Hero Roulette Wheel and Swordland Showdown Shop with Hero Shards. Her Skills are also incredibly aggressive both in Conquests and Expeditions, as some of her abilities can debuff enemy attacks.
During Conquests, Rosa has the ability to make herself and her Squad quite battle-hungry. For example, her main Skill called Battle Focus can get rid of all debuffs that the Squad has. However, she then increases their Attack damage by a certain percentage depending on the ability’s level. Using her Swoon Chakra, she can perform the opposite on enemies by effectively their attack and even healing speed.
Meanwhile, in Expeditions, her Skills play more of a supportive role for the Squad. Chaos Gambit has a base 40% chance of doubling the Squad’s damage output, but this can be increased through upgrades. Rosa can also increase her Squad’s and her own damage using her other Expedition Skills called Rose of War and Golden Rhythm. Overall, Rosa makes for a great buffer when it comes to increasing Squad Lethality and their effectiveness on enemies.
🗝️ Alcar
Alcar is another Mythic Hero but is under the Infantry class. Unlike Rosa, Alcar can actually be obtained through a lot of ways, so he’s probably one of the few easier Mythic Heroes to get. You can get him through Hero Rallies, Daily Deals, or the Strongest Governor and Kingdom of Power events. There’s always the Swordland Showdown Shop too, but you have more avenues to get Alcar more naturally.
When it comes to stats, Alcar deals less damage than Rosa, but his Infantry role gives a ton of Defense. This makes him good for pushing back enemies and moving your Squad further during Conquests and especially Expeditions. His Skill, Glorious Mark, helps with this even more by making Alcar invincible for a short period. Activating this Skill also reduces the Squad’s damage taken at the same time. Boneshatter essentially does the same minus the invincibility, but Second Wind actually heals your Squad too.
For Expeditions, Alcar’s Skills are closely aligned with buffing the rest of the Infantry and Archery troops and Heroes. Both Rescuing Hands and Praetorian Will increase both classes’ attack and defense by a significant amount depending on the Skills’ levels. His last Skill, Capre Diem, also increases the damage enemies take, which is more effective against a single-target.
🎭 Margot
The last Mythic Generation 4 Hero is Margot, who is part of the Cavalry class. This makes her more aggressive in melee and close-combat in general. She’s the only Hero in this Generation that has an AOE attack called the Ambush. She can effectively throw bombs at her enemies that have a set radius. She can also parry and immobilize her enemies with her other Conquest Skills, which can make her avoid taking damage entirely!
During Expeditions, Margot has a more stealthy and damage-avoidant play style to buff her Squad with. For example, Subterfuge and Warbringer can increase the chances of dodging Normal Attacks while increasing Squad damage by a base of 25%. Sleight Hand also heavily increases the chance for an extra attack to occur, dealing loads of bonus damage.
👑 Generation 5 Heroes
Generation 5 Heroes are the newest Heroes to be added to Kingshot. They’re also the rarest Mythic Heroes in the game, so they’re more likely to be very hard to get. To unlock this Generation, your played server has to be long past the age of 120 days. More Heroes could be added to this Generation in the future too, but there’s always the chance of Generation 6 releasing instead.
🪙 Vivian
Vivian is the first Mythic in the 5th Generation and she’s classified as an Archer. However, she doesn’t actually use a bow and arrow. Instead, she’s a ranged gun user who uses Coin Bullets on her enemies. One of her best Conquest Skills is called Lucky Strike, which will always aim at an enemy Hero first. Not only does the strike itself deal heavy damage, but has a 50% chance of dealing double! This can be a diabolical move with some upgrades.
Vivian can also place traps during Expeditions that deal extra damage every 4 attacks. However, this power is spread to all of Vivian’s Archer squad so they all gain the bonus. Having Vivian equipped to lead the Archers will also have enemy defenses reduced significantly.
🏺 Long Fei
Next is Long Fei of the Infantry class. Despite being a Tank-esc Hero though, he actually has some Skills to improve his movement speed. Using his Ambrosia, he gains invincibility and quickened speed for his attacks and movement. His other two main Skills also reward him for being below half health by increasing his damage output. This can prove deadly against certain players in PVP who are used to attacking Infantry Heroes first.
🪓 Thrud
The last Mythic 5th Generation Hero so far in Kingshot is Thrud, who’s probably the newest. She’s a Cavalry class Hero, so she’s a bit easier to get compared to the others. Her main Axe Flurry Skill aims for other Heroes first while dealing great AOE damage for added crowd control. She can also throw a Spinning Axe when aiming for a specific target for massive power while increasing the Squad’s with her Feast of the Pack Skill.
